Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  2. Shape into small evenly sized balls and fry in pan until cooked through, turning them over when half way through. You may find the oil splutters everywhere, if so put a lid on top on a angle to let heat out but keep your kitchen oil splutter free
  3. Place on kitchen paper towels to drain when done. Serve with zucchini pasta, salad or vegetables
