In a food processor, add nuts & dried fruit. Process until the mix resembles a coarse breadcrumb-like texture.
Add cacao & ground linseeds, process until combined. Roll heaped teaspoons of mix into balls, then roll in coconut to coat.
Store in airtight container in fridge.
