Raw Cacao & Ginger Balls
An smart treat choice, these little balls have fresh ginger to aid in circulation as well as nuts for zinc and naturally sweet dates for fibre

Ingredients
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1-2cms ginger fresh, grated, quantity depends on how gingery you like it
- 1/2 cup dates medjool dates are moister
- 1/2 cup fig dried
- 1/4 cup cacao powder raw
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup linseeds/flaxseeds freshly ground
- coconut desiccated, enough to roll the balls in

Instructions
- In a food processor, add nuts & dried fruit. Process until the mix resembles a coarse breadcrumb-like texture.
- Add cacao & ground linseeds, process until combined. Roll heaped teaspoons of mix into balls, then roll in coconut to coat.
- Store in airtight container in fridge.
