  1. In a warm pan sauté onions, garlic, turmeric and sage until tender but not brown.
  2. Mash tofu with a fork directly into the pan. Sauté until thoroughly warm. Mix the miso in just before serving.
  3. Serve on a bed of spinach leaves with tomato slices or zucchini strips
