Instructions
  1. Add all the salad ingredients to a big bowl and mix thoroughly together.
  2. To make the dressing, add all of the ingredients together in a small bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
  3. Either stir the dressing into the veggies or add on top of the salad.
  4. Enjoy this salad on its own or paired with your preferred protein such as miso soaked tofu or chicken skewers
