Instructions
  1. Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add half the sesame oil and brown the beef for 3-4 minutes, stirring to break up any large chunks. Remove the beef from the pan and set it aside whilst you brown the other half
  2. Return the pan to the heat and add remaining oil. Add the garlic, ginger, lime, tamari, celery, spring onions and bean sprouts.
  3. Fill the lettuce leaves with the beef mixture and garnish with the coriander. Serve immediately
