Instructions
  1. Combine lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, olive oil and cayenne pepper if you are using it in bowl.
  2. Add the diced chicken and toss around to coat well. Leave to marinate for an hour or so if you wish.
  3. Heat pan and fry chicken. Cook for 10 minutes until cooked through
  4. Serve with salad or steamed broccoli and zucchini
