Lamb Koftas

A traditional middle eastern dish, lamb koftas consist of lamb mince and spices and will go well with a Greek salad

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mince, spices, herbs and egg until well combined
  3. Line a flat baking tray with baking paper, and lightly spray with olive oil to prevent the balls from sticking
  4. Roll the mixture into small sausages about 2 cms wide, 3 cms long and place on baking tray. Alternatively, you can just make them into round bals
  5. Bake for approx 15-20 minutes or until cooked well through
  6. Serve with a salad
