A traditional breakfast with little carbohydrates to it. Add bonuses for the beneficial fats of the avocado and the fibre of the lettuce and tomato. Can be made in the oven or a quicker version in the frying pan

Instructions
  1. Arrange the sliced tomato and avocado on the lettuce leaves and top with shredded chicken.
  2. Depending on the lettuce sizes you can either fill them up like a taco or roll it up like a wrap
