Caesar Salad

Rich in energy giving fats, this caesar salad will keep hunger at bay with under 5 gs of carbs to keep your energy up and your weight down. Be sure to make your own dressing as some store bought ones have extra sugar added to them

Instructions
  1. If using raw chicken, pre grill/fry/bake it until cooked through and allow to cool before chopping it up into bite sized pieces Add the oil to a frying pan and cook the bacon for approximately 5 minutes
  2. Place the eggs in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for 10 minutes. Remove the egg shells and leave to cool in cold water for 5 minutes then chop ip
  3. Put the lettuce In a large bowl and add the cooked chicken, bacon, chopped egg, parmesan cheese
  4. In a smaller bowl, add the dressing ingredients and stir until well combined. Pour over the salad and gently toss through
