  1. Heat coconut oil in a large saucepan and add the garlic and spices. Add the tomato paste, lemon juice and coconut cream and stir to combine.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and stir to cover with the sauce. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally
  3. Serve on a bed of steamed cauliflower rice
