Broccoli and Superfood Green Salad
  1. Place the seeds, olive oil, vinegar and avocado into a large bowl and combine using a fork.
  2. Add the broccoli, spinach, sprouts, and cucumber and use your hands to gently massage the dressing into the broccoli.
  3. Add the diced avocado and macadamia nuts to the bowl and gently toss to combine.
