Asian Style Fish with Sesame & Mushrooms

Sick of just steamed fish? Try this Asian style fish with sesame & mushrooms to liven up any dinner time. Serve with your favourite Asian green vegetables

Instructions
  1. Marinate the fish in a dish containing all the onion powder, kaffir lime leaf, pepper, sesame oil and thyme for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Remove the fish from the marinade. Grill under preheated grill (approximately 5-10 minutes each side), baste with a little marinade.
  3. Beat egg with Italian herbs. Add mushroom to the egg mixture.
  4. Coat non-stick pan with olive oil. Heat pan, then add mushroom mix. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
  5. When ready, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, chopped chives and serve with your favourite vegetables (try bok choy and broccoli !)
