Baked Fish With Toasted Almonds
A tasty fish dish with such a beautiful blend of herbs and flavours, and the added toasted almond flakes give it texture and crunch. Worthy of any dinner table
Print Recipe Baked Fish With Toasted Almonds
Preheat oven at 180°C
Put all the relish ingredients together in cup and stir until well combined
Coat shallow casserole dish with olive oil. Place the fish in the casserole dish and pour the stock around the fillets, then the relish on top of them.
Lastly, sprinkle the silvered almonds on top of the fish fillets and put them in the oven
Bake for about 25 minutes, basting it a few times (pouring the stock/relish over the almonds)
Serve with garnished toasted slivered almonds and strained green vegetable mix from vinaigrette.
Whilst the fish is cooking, steam the vegetables until tender, strain and put aside
Once the fish is cooked through add to plate and serve with greens
